Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between cotton and microfibre bedding?

Cotton is a natural fibre that breathes exceptionally well, regulates temperature, and gets softer with every wash. Microfibre is a synthetic option that's smooth, wrinkle-resistant, and very easy to care for. Both are hypoallergenic—choose based on whether you prefer natural fibres or low-maintenance convenience.

How do I care for my bedding to keep it lasting?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Our bedding is designed to be easy-care and actually gets softer with each wash.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3-10 business days depending on your location.

Is your bedding suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?

Absolutely. Our pure cotton, bamboo, and cotton-lyocell blends are naturally hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemical finishes. They're gentle on sensitive skin and resistant to dust mites, making them ideal for allergy sufferers.

What size should I order for my bed?

We offer Single, King Single, Double, Queen, and King sizes across most of our range. Check the product page for exact dimensions. If you have a deep mattress, our fitted sheets accommodate up to standard depth—contact us if you need specific measurements.
